Kyle P. Marshall is the founder of Perneal and Associates.  Kyle offers many decades of accomplishments in Business Management with several years’ cross-industry and cross-functional experience.

Kyle is a highly organized business leader, proficient at driving alignment, motivating teams and delivering results. He has become an expert in managing, designing and delivering cost effective, high performance projects. Kyle is confident in business decisions, a key strategic and tactical contributor in efforts to partner with process owners and business leader.

Kyle graduated from Purdue University where he earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Illinois with an emphasis in Finance and Strategic Management.

Throughout his career Kyle has provided his professional skills to several Fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations. The scope of his expertise has spanned several aspects of Business Management as well as Sales Operations, Sales Management, Customer Service Management, Sales Training and Development, Logistic and Leadership Training and Development.

After leading a Business Intelligence Services team with a consumer packaging goods company, Kyle realized his desire to assist multi level corporations in Consulting Services, Management Training and Implementation.  He decided to offer his expertise to a wider range of business and organizations, and founded Perneal and Associates.
